Movement is life, lack of movement is death. Any form of exercise is way better than no exercise. But, if your going to exercise...why not get the Most return for your time and or money by doing the Best exercise there is to date...The Super Slow Method?? I've been exercising since I was 3 years old and have been training people and corporations for 34 years now. If there was a better method out there anywhere...I'd be doing.
